  Lucius and Kevin have awesome customer service! They really cheered me up, I've been going to this location for the past year and Lucius has always been very helpful and even remembers my order. This Leeann chin has the best customer service ever! Keep up the good work guys!

  I have been here twice during their dinner hour.  I find this location to be an okay place for their dinner.  Honestly, I cannot review them based on their lunch hour because I have never been here during that time frame.
  
  The employees seem to have a good eye on cleanliness and order.  Neither of visits did I encounter any major messes or clutter in the eating or the working area.  I noticed that the employees seem to stay on top of their cleaning and organizational duties in their work area and the lobby.  Also, I saw employees almost constantly cleaning the work and lobby areas while I was dining in there.  The cleanliness aspect made me more comfortable walking in there and eating a dinner.
  
  The employees on both of my visits were friendly.  I did not interact with many of them, but I saw how some of the others interact with their customers.  They appear to be eager to please their customers.  However, some of them, including one of the managers, did not seem knowledgeable of much of what was on the menu.  This was only partially their fault, but this is a detail that would be worthy of enhancing.  It would make me more comfortable with my order of choice.
  
  The reason I rated them three stars is mostly because of their food quality.  When I am looking at the food, it looks like it is hot and fresh.  However, once it is served to me, the appearances would tell me that they would deceive me.  Meaning, the appearance does not indicate the taste quality.  I was disappointed with that part of my visit.  It seems to be because the food was left in its location for too long.  This probably negatively affects the freshness.  Paying more attention to how long food is left in its container would likely improve the overall taste quality.
  
  When I am in the area and in the mood for some dinner, I will not likely make this location my first choice.  I will likely choose someplace that pays more attention to their freshness.

  Raw Chicken!!!! We got their chicken wings served at Leeann Chin (Knollwood location ) .. now I am all worried about salmonella poisoning

  (泣)... not a fan.  Not good food. Don't know how they stay in business. For being a Panda Express like franchise, quality is so poor. Panda Express seems like a 5 star compared to Leeann China.

  I went to this leann chin for a to go order today and the guy on the counter was so stingy about the food he made sure the he putted a very small amount of everything!! I'm like what I'm paying 8$ and some change for that?? Like come on a chain restaurant like this should take car of there Customers little more!!
